Hiring IT Delivery Manager

Role Purpose The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects and services on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Tech includes sap ERP, SQL database, Hana database, React js Applications.

The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, programs, and services.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business analysts.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate vendor and third-party engagements where applicable.
- Track project financials, utilization,



and delivery KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in delivery management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management practices.
- Experience managing software development, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- ⁠SAP

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
