- Monthly requirement gathering form internal teams for lease/subscriptions of Engineering & non-engineering software licenses.
- Requirement analysis before sourcing SW/HW assets for version, type and specification of asset / license.
- Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software/HW Asset Management data information.
- Facilitate the business’ needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on assets by ensuring the maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals which needs to be managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
- Identify savings opportunities for AMCs, renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow through with vendors to obtain identified savings.
- Vendor coordination & management, well versed in documentation, approval and other procedures for recent acquisitions of SW/HW assets and contract renewals.
- Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing and AMCs, HW maintenance, and service offerings.
- Collect information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons.
- Update and maintain the SW/HW asset information in the Inhouse system database to address status of assets, budgeting, compliance,



inventory, contracts, and expense.
- Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to

obtain information. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.
- Interact with other depts. and staff at the technical level, as & when required.
- Define and document best practices and support procedures.

Education Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (B.Tech, MCA, BCA ) preferred, or equivalent.
- ITAM (IT Asset Management Certification or any equivalent certification) Preferred.
