1. Knowledge preparing standard solution & standardisation of solution.

2. Basic knowledge of normality, MSDS.

3. Incoming material (Lead/ Lead alloy/Oxide/expandar/PE seprartar/gauntlent) quality checking as per drawing/ MS/ control plan/ work instruction.

4. The candidate should possess high integrity and honesty, reliability and punctuality, willingness to learn, strong analytical thinking, and positive observation skills

1. Sampling of all incoming material as per sampling plan

2. Incoming Raw & BOP items testing as per drawing/ MS/ control plan/ work instruction.

3. Decision of incoming material (Accepted or Rejected) based on Sampling Plan, MS & Drawing.

4. Preparation of IQC Material Inspection Reports (MIR) with unique MIR numbers for each incoming materials.

5. To ensure IQC Accepted/Rejected tagging on IQC Accepted or Rejected materials.

6. Preparing MIS on daily basis & circulate mail to concern dept on daily basis

7. Preparing & maintain standard solution records

8. Responsible for maintaining 5S & Safety standards at the workplace
