Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing of cosmetic skin care products

Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, specifications, and quality standards

Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)

Perform line clearance and confirm equipment, area, and material readiness

Monitor critical process parameters and promptly report deviations

Raise NCRs, assist with root-cause analysis, and support CAPA implementation





Coordinate with Production, QC, RD, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues

Ensure labeling accuracy, traceability, and documentation control

Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections

Promote hygiene, safety, and quality awareness on the shop floor

Education

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field

Preferred Experience

2-4 years of experience as an IPQA Officer or QA professional

Experience in cosmetic, skin care, personal care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
