Job Title: IPQC DM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IPQC DM (In-Process Quality Control Division Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes during the manufacturing stages, ensuring that products meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the In-Process Quality Control team to ensure rigorous quality checks are conducted throughout the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to minimize defects and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to identify quality issues, formulate solutions, and monitor corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop continuous improvement strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards, testing methods, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration related to quality issues and improvements.
- Prepare and present quality reports and updates to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.




- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards (such as ISO, Six Sigma).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
