Ensure product (Lithium ion Battery) as per the requirement drawing and specification sheet. Conduct process and product audit as per the requirement. Prepare the process report shift wise to ensure the quality.
- Responsible for Inprocess quality 1st part approval, EOL inspection, FQC and PDI as per the product specification.
- Prepare the daily,weekly and monthly report product wise (ok and not ok complete summary)
- Documentation/report writing and data collection.
- Can prepare the WI, control plan, SOP,PPAP, DFMEA,PFMEA and RCA as per process.
- 5S and kizen improvement
