Role Description The Investor Relations Manager is a full-time position based in Kozhikode with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role manages communication between the company and current or potential investors, preparing investor decks, reports, and presentations that clearly explain business performance, strategy, and growth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial and market data, preparing analysis for investor meetings, coordinating earnings and performance updates, and responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner.

The role also involves collaborating with finance, strategy, and operations teams to gather relevant information, support financial modeling,



and ensure consistent messaging across all investor communications. The Manager is expected to maintain an accurate investor database, support due diligence processes, and contribute to building strong, long-term investor relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong investor relations capabilities, including Investor Relations and Investments skills, with experience managing communications for stakeholders and capital providers.
- Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance, and the ability to interpret financial and operational data for strategic decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling, including building and maintaining models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with global trade, export operations, or logistics sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and collaboration in both in-office and remote settings.
