An Investor relations manager, will interpret data for benchmarking & support in evaluation of sell-side financial and research models.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate implementation of various investor engagement initiatives like earnings calls, conferences, non-deal roadshows and one on one meetings with equity and fixed income investors as well as sell side analysts.
To work on investor targeting by analysis existing shareholder database, peer holding analysis, past interactions and other relevant sources Investor Presentations and Financial analysis - To prepare well designed investor presentations in line with utmost data accuracy
- To work with various business teams to collect and interpret data to bring out intelligent analysis - To prepare and keep an updated valuation model of the company - To carry out financial analysis of global peers
MIS:
Preparing MIS and reports based on MIS on Monthly, quarterly, half year and annual updates for the respective BU’s within adherence to timelines
Technical Competencies
IR Strategy Formulation,IR Planning, Implementation and Measurement,Corporate Messaging Development,Marketing and Outreach
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / CA/ CFA Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in relevant domain - Robust finance fundamentals and in-depth understanding of financial modeling - Prior experience in working with external databases like Bloomberg will be appreciated - Ability to perform under competitive environment and tight deadlines
