Your role

Interested in working in Wealth Management Americas, specifically Operating Head Agentic Automation Team but not sure where to start? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Wealth Management business.

You’ll get to

- get hands-on experience in wealth management operations, supporting reporting, help resolvieng exceptions, and seeing how critical business processes work end-to-end.
- Help in driveing process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and helping implement smarter, more effective ways of working.
- learn from industry experts while gaining exposure to financial services, risk & compliance, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams across business and technology.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS. The team supports the firm in achieving its strategic goals by helping internal clients solve complex business challenges, shape practical solutions and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

- is graduating in June 2027 and has a cumulative GPA of 7.0 or higher
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic (and creative) thinker with solid communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Your program

This program will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
