- Work closely with the Director's of International Relations of both the campuses for focused education co-operation / recruitment strategies for allocated regions.
- Assisting in Admission process in coordinating with Vellore IR team.
- Contribute to wider international strategy plans and projects, taking the lead on delegated tasks.
- Develop promotional plans outside of recruitment events to direct Student recruitment support, Representative engagement, and wider branding with key players (schools, universities and embassies, etc.)
- C Form & S Form to be filled on arrival.
- Registration of Foreign Students / Foreign Professors / Adjunct Professors.
- Extension of Visa.
- Issuing Bonafide certificate for FRRO registration.
- Updating C & S Form periodically.
- Application filling and following up with FRRO for all Foreign Nationals around 20 including students, Research scholars ,



International Faculties (Every three months renewal is needed).
- Providing all the necessary support inside and outside VIT for all Foreign Nationals students , Faculites and Research Schloars.
- To Pick up and drop the delegates coming from abroad.
- Accompanying the Delegates when they visit VIT in and around Chennai.
- Documenting all the necessary papers for NRI & Foreign nationals.
- To take photographs during the interaction with the delegates.

Functions include drafting diplomatic notes, briefs, aide memoires and other official correspondence, keeping up to date on political, economic and social developments at the national and international levels, participating in meetings and undertaking protocol duties.
