Role Description This is a full-time, in office Internal Auditor role based in Delhi, India.

The Internal

Auditor will plan and execute internal audits across projects and business processes, focusing on financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial records and contracts, assessing risk and internal controls, preparing audit workpapers, and drafting clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.



The role involves collaborating with project, finance, and management teams to address findings, monitor remediation, and support continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

The Internal

Auditor will also contribute to the development of audit frameworks aligned with industry standards and support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Audits and Finance to evaluate project and organizational financial health.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Audit Reports to prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured audit documentation and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, and propose effective control enhancements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present audit findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CIA) are an advantage.
- Experience in internal auditing within engineering, infrastructure, construction, or consulting environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and relevant accounting and audit standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other audit or data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work with on-site project teams, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and integrity.
