The role offers hands-on exposure to construction site operations, project planning, quality control, estimation, and execution processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of project activities.

- Support engineers in planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of construction work.

- Participate in material estimation, quantity surveying, and preparation of BOQs.

- Coordinate with various site teams for quality checks and adherence to safety standards.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Assist in reviewing drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

- Gain exposure to construction management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (as applicable).

- Support the documentation and record maintenance processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Pursuing B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

- Strong understanding of basic engineering concepts.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or related tools preferred.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
