About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer & Project Coordinator to manage interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, technical drawings, material specifications, site coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor site progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between teams.
- Conduct site visits to review execution quality and resolve design-related issues.




- Source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with design requirements and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of working drawings, material specifications, and site execution.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of construction processes.
