I-ERP Integration lead – SAP Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (I-ERP) is an initiative designed to drive operational efficiency and material cost reduction by adopting industry leading practices for Finance and Procurement processes. This program will enable real-time insights and faster decision making, delivering an integrated solution with near real time data and drill down capabilities. I-ERP is the largest business transformation program at Ford with the goal to adopt Best-in-Class Industry standard processes in both Finance (Plan to Report - PTR) and Purchasing (Source to Pay - STP) organizations.

SAP S4 is selected as the enabler and tool of choice for the program with functionality to be deployed in the next few years. This will provide efficiencies and valuable business insights to make the right strategic decisions. This I-ERP PTR Integration Specialist role is key to the I-ERP program.

Strong communication and relationship building skills are important. We work in a quick paced, Agile/Product Driven Organization (PDO) environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and assist in the planning, preparation, coordination of activities across and Finance Dependency tracking across impacted applications

- Support the coordination of activities across a broad ecosystem including system integrators, SAP functional experts, technical leads, and legacy systems teams

- Monitor, manage, and track status reports, issue task initiation,



and resolution through completion

- Facilitate business team engagement and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

- Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve technical and operational issues in respect to PTR Projects including Blueberry & Serpentine.

- Drive functional integration across programs

- Coordinate technology assessments and relevant technology introductions in the Plan to Report (PTR) area

Qualifications

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the IERP Program

- Experience in areas of SAP Project management, Agile delivery, cross PDO Integration management, Knowledge of Agile processes

- Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to support processes in a timely manner A bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a technology-related field

- 2+ years of experience in SAP as either a Functional or Technical resource

- Proven project management skills with proficiency in project planning tools and Microsoft Excel

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment and drive teams through complex technical and operational issues

- Proven ability to manage key relationships among diverse stakeholders

- Strong understanding of end-to-end technical solutions and cross-system dependencies
