- Carry out activities of Analyzer Engineer
- Review & analyze various Project documents starting from Feed to detail Engineering stage
- Identify critical clauses in Client documents related to Analyzer and accordingly resolution of issues
- Estimation and sizing of Analyzer shelters, Analyzer Cabinets based on various types of analyzers and necessary groupings
- Coordinate with analyzer Vendor and resolve required interface points such as accessibility, constructability issues with respect to 3D modeling and layout, integration with DCS / ESD and any other relevant issues developed during Engineering stage
- Selection of various Analyzer Type and location based on relevant process parameters, sample time requirement etc.
- Preparation of Datasheets (preferably in SPI), participate in Technical Bid analysis and vendor print review
- Preparation of analyzer hook up and MTO, finalization of analyzer and shelter/ cabinet location
- Participate in FAT, SAT & Field Engineering
- Support on site Analyzer related issues at project sites

Skills:

- Candidate should have hands on experience & expert knowledge in analyzer selection for oil and gas industry that includes:
- Hand on experience of various types of Analyzers including but not limited to Gas Chromatographs, Spectrometers, CEMS, various liquid & gas analyzer, Analyzer Shelter selection and sizing, AMADAS, F&G; Detectors etc.
- Awareness of Industrial IT environments,



Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) etc.
- Knowledge of various field instruments used for major industrial variables (e.g. Flow, Level, Temp, Pressure etc.)
- Ability to review P&ID; and accordingly identify relevant control actions and Cause and effects etc.
- Knowledge of international standards like API RP55, IEC 60079-16, IEC 61285, ISO 6976 etc.
- Experience in FAT, SAT, Commissioning and field trouble shooting, and punch closure etc.
- Experience of working with reputed Analyzer vendor is preferred
- Willingness to work in Office and also at Industrial Environments, travel to project sites for long term

Experience: 8-12 years on experience of handling various Analyzer related matters in Hydrocarbon Business

Education: Full time Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
