ITI / Diploma (Fitter/ Mechanic/ electrical / electronics):

- Assemble and install elevator cars, counterweights, guide rails, and hoistway equipment.

- Connect electrical wiring, control panels, and motors.

- Perform accurate measurements and adjustments for smooth and safe operation.

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand the layout and required equipment.

- Perform initial testing to ensure newly installed equipment meets specifications and safety features function correctly.
- Ensure all installations meet safety regulations.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections before, during,



and after installation.
- Collaborate with inspectors and other construction teams to coordinate work and ensure compliance.
- Keep accurate records of installation progress.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues that arise during the installation process
- Work as part of a crew, often with a lead installer or mechanic.
- Collaborate with quality, commissioning & service team according to the stages & activities.
