The Project Manager manages installation projects from contract review and site readiness to final client handover. The role ensures that equipment is installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, track milestones, and manage material delivery schedules in coordination with factories and logistics.

- Site Management: Inspect active sites to verify shaft readiness, check civil works, and resolve drawing mismatches or material shortages.

- Safety & Quality Control:



Enforce rigorous safety regulations, conduct quality audits, and ensure compliance with statutory norms before final testing and commissioning.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, manage subcontractor billing, and process variation orders for scope changes.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal engineering teams
