Key Responsibilities• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Conduct counselling sessions and explain program benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
