About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers across relevant industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
- Connect with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, and CISOs.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential cybersecurity opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture sales opportunities.




- Maintain accurate prospect information, activity records, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generationor B2B business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business professionals and decision-makers.
- Solid interpersonal skills, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
