Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into sales through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, guiding customers in gemstone and jewelry selection, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM,



coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

The Inside Sales

Executive is expected to provide a high-quality customer experience that reflects GemPundit’s focus on authenticity and service.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospect qualification using phone and digital channels.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
- Comfort working with CRM or sales management tools, and ability to maintain accurate sales records.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time schedule.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury products, jewelry, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
