Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves handling inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into clients for interior design, architectural, and turnkey projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining services and design offerings, preparing basic proposals or quotations, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and coordinating with designers and project managers to schedule meetings and site visits.

Executive will follow up with potential clients, respond to queries professionally, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and generate n ew leads.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including closing abilities and basic negotiation.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting services clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or a related design-focused industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and use CRM or sales software effectively.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric, ethical approach to sales.
