Reporting To: IT Head

Location: University of Design, Innovation & Technology (UDIT),Gurugram, Okhla Phase-1 Delhi.

Job Summary The Executive – IT will provide technical support to faculty and staff, maintain IT infrastructure, manage end-user devices, and support cloud services, networking, classroom technology, and day-to-day IT operations across the university.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, and user account management.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, internet, VPN, and basic network issues.
- Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and device setup.
- Install and support classroom AV equipment, commercial displays, and video conferencing systems.
- Maintain IT assets, software inventory, and documentation.
- Support backup systems, NAS storage, and basic server infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and warranty support.
- Resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Assist during admissions, examinations,



events, and other university activities requiring IT support.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Diploma or certification in Hardware & Networking/IT is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or Desktop Support.
- Experience in higher education or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
