Role Description The Information Technology Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for maintaining and administering the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and user systems.

Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and implementing updates and security patches. The specialist will manage user accounts and access permissions, ensure data backups and recovery procedures are in place, and support secure connectivity for internal teams. The role also involves collaborating with staff to address IT-related needs,



documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals, including experience with operating systems, hardware, and business applications.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, with the ability to configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including basic firewall management, access control, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and communication skills to support internal users and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant additional qualifications such as experience with backup and recovery tools, endpoint protection, and IT documentation are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
