Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts in Orchha. This role oversees the resort’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, Wi-Fi, and end-user devices, ensuring stable and secure operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing backups, handling software and hardware installation, and troubleshooting technical issues for staff and guests. The IT Manager coordinates with vendors for maintenance and upgrades, maintains cybersecurity protocols, and ensures data protection and compliance with relevant policies. The role also involves planning technology improvements, supporting property management systems and guest-facing applications,



training staff on IT best practices, and documenting IT procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and end-user device administration.
- Experience with hotel or hospitality systems such as property management systems, point-of-sale solutions, and reservation platforms.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis in a multi-user environment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices, data protection, access control, and backup and recovery strategies.
- Ability to manage IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and plan upgrades within defined budgets and timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and train staff on technology use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an IT management or senior IT support role; hospitality sector experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with a service-focused mindset.
