Infoedge RA Gen AI - Software Engineer

As an Infoedge RA Gen AI Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Python, React, and Java to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications that power our flagship products.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software components and microservices using Python, React, and Java.
2. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning and generative AI models into customer-facing applications.
3. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs and user interfaces.
4. Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure best practices for code quality and performance.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the full stack.
6. Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
7. Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
8. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends,



advocating for their adoption where beneficial.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 3–10 years of hands-on software development experience.
3. Proficiency in Python for backend or data-driven development.
4. Strong experience building responsive web applications using React/React.js.
5. Solid understanding of Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred) for building scalable services.
6. Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
7. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
8. Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or other generative AI frameworks.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Exposure to MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
4. Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
5. Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or other modern web technologies.
6. Robust grasp of data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
