Naseem Perfume is looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness, manage influencer collaborations, and drive engagement and sales across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer marketing, robust networking skills, and an active social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and collaborate with influencers and content creators across the India.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, paid collaborations, and perfume product gifting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Promote Naseem Perfume through social media platforms and engaging content.
- Develop marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.




- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and negotiating collaborations.
- An active personal social media presence with good engagement is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram and the Indian influencer market.
- Experience in the perfume, beauty, or cosmetics industry is an advantage.
