About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide suitable industrial equipment solutions in Jabalpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales and maintain relationships with existing and potential industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pumps, motors, gears, and compressors.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.- Coordinate after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, customer interaction records, and market feedback.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales or technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, gears, and compressors.- Valuable communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and work independently or within a team.- Must be based in Jabalpur with knowledge of the local market.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
