Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Application Production Support, Incident Management, Change Management, Automation, and Service Operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application availability,



operational stability, service resilience, and continuous improvement across mission-critical platforms.

Application Operations :-

Perform 24x7 monitoring of application clusters, services, APIs, and production environments.

Monitor batch jobs and ensure successful job orchestration and execution.

Identify and remediate job failures, timeouts, and service disruptions.

Manage production configurations and resolve environment drift issues.

Conduct detailed troubleshooting through log analysis and collaborate with L3 teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills:-

Robust Production Support and Application Operations experience.

Excellent Incident, Problem, and Change Management expertise.

Experience working in global support and follow-the-sun models.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.

Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain is preferred.

Ability to work in high-pressure production environments and manage critical incidents.
