Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting Nexthink solutions, defining monitoring strategies, enabling proactive IT operations, and driving digital experience improvements through actionable insights and automation.

The role requires solid expertise in endpoint management, workplace analytics, employee experience monitoring, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture &

- Design

•Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of Nexthink DEX solutions.

•Define Nexthink architecture aligned with enterprise security, scalability, and performance requirements.

Define integration architecture, RBAC/access model,



security and data-privacy controls, and scalability/capacity considerations.

Provide architecture assurance and technical sign-off for the Nexthink solution design and major implementation changes.

•Design Nexthink platform architecture including endpoint collectors, investigations, dashboards, campaigns, Remote Actions, automation workflows, and enterprise integrations, aligned with the deployed Nexthink platform version.

•Develop enterprise-wide DEX monitoring frameworks and governance models.

•Create HLD/LLD documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment plans, implementation roadmaps, and technical acceptance criteria.

Implementation &

- Deployment

•Lead Nexthink implementation across Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.

•Lead configuration and deployment of:

oNexthink Collectors oNexthink platform services oNexthink web experience and dashboards oInvestigations and analytics oInvestigations oEngagement Campaigns oRemote Actions oAct and Automate Frameworks

•Ensure successful onboarding of endpoints and validate data ingestion.

Integration &

- Automation

•Integrate Nexthink with:

oServiceNow oMicrosoft Intune oSCCM/MECM oAzure AD / Entra ID oActive Directory oITSM platforms oSIEM tools oPower BI





•Develop automation use cases using Remote Actions and Nexthink workflows.

•Enable proactive incident detection and self-healing capabilities.

Digital Experience Management

•Define and implement DEX KPIs and SLA measurements.

•Develop Experience Scores for:

oDevice Performance oApplication Experience oCollaboration Tools oNetwork Performance oUser Sentiment

•Establish executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.

•Drive continuous service improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights.

Analytics &

- Reporting

•Build custom investigations and dashboards.

•Create executive-level reporting for:

oDigital experience trends oDevice health oUser productivity oApplication adoption oInfrastructure performance

•Analyze endpoint and user experience data to identify improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

•Collaborate with:

oEnd User Computing teams oInfrastructure teams oService Desk oNetwork teams oSecurity teams oBusiness stakeholders

•Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

•Present architecture and implementation strategies to leadership teams.

Governance &

- Best Practices

•Define Nexthink standards, policies, and operational procedures.

•Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy requirements.

•Establish monitoring and governance frameworks for DEX operations.

•Mentor support and engineering teams on Nexthink administration and operations.
