We are looking for import and export advisors to support international trade activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, logistics coordination, shipping processes, and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics partners.
- Assist with customs clearance and ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and other trade-related paperwork.
- Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
- Support international suppliers, customers, and business partners.
- Monitor shipment costs, delivery schedules, and logistics performance.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Skills




- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in import/export operations, international trade, or logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
