We are looking for a responsible and experienced ExportImport Executive to manage export and import activities, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day export and import activities.
- Prepare and verify export and import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, banks, and transporters.
- Handle export orders from order receipt to final shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with international customers, overseas dealers, and suppliers through email and telephone.
- Follow up on shipment schedules, delivery status, and pending documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts and finance teams for export payments, import payments, and related documentation.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), bank documentation, and foreign exchange-related work.
- Maintain export–import records and prepare shipment reports.




- Ensure compliance with applicable export–import rules and documentation requirements.
- Support the preparation of export quotations and other commercial documents.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of export–import procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Understanding of foreign exchange transactions and bank documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and email-writing skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering companies will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international trade documentation and banking procedures is preferred.
