We are seeking an Implementation Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing our solutions in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector, ensuring successful integration and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement solutions for Horeca clients, ensuring tailored configurations to meet individual customer requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client onboarding and support throughout the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on customer expectations and deliverables.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor the implementation process, identifying potential issues and troubleshooting as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to enhance future projects and offerings.
Skills and Tools Required
- Strong knowledge and experience in Horeca Sales and B2B Sales.
- Proven track record as a Key Accounts Officer, successfully managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
