Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, multilingual proficiency, and an interest in sales and customer relationship management.

The role involves contacting prospective clients who have enquired about immigration and visa consultancy services, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Freshers are welcome, and comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, customer service, or consultancy are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective clients who have enquired about immigration and visa consultancy services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build positive client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert enquiry leads into sales through effective communication and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.




- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Training and Benefits:
