Position: Immigration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in immigration and visa consultancy, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in a relevant field, preferably in Immigration, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the immigration and visa consultancy industry.
- English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, immigration procedures, documentation, and application requirements.
- Ability to handle client consultations, assess client profiles, and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
- Good client-handling, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases, follow up on applications,



and maintain accurate records.
- Professional attitude, honesty, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional immigration and visa consultation to clients.
- Assess client eligibility for relevant visa and immigration programs.
- Guide clients regarding documentation, application procedures, and applicable requirements.
- Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients in fluent English and maintain professional client relationships.
- Keep up to date with immigration policies, visa regulations, and procedural changes.
- Manage client inquiries, case progress, and follow-ups efficiently.
