Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer IBM ELM capabilities supporting requirements, contracts, workflows, and engineering lifecycle processes.
- Manage IBM DOORS repositories, requirement structures, traceability relationships, attributes, views, and access controls.
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management workflows, approvals, baselines, change control, and audit requirements.
- Administer Rational Team Concert projects, work items, permissions, release structures, and collaboration processes.
- Analyze process issues, coordinate configuration changes, and support users through incident resolution, documentation, and training.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IBM ELM consulting, requirements management, or application lifecycle management.




- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS in requirements management and engineering lifecycle environments.
- Practical experience configuring or administering Contract Lifecycle Management processes and workflows.
- Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert for work management, collaboration, and project administration.
- Understanding of enterprise requirements traceability, lifecycle governance, configuration management, and controlled change processes.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience integrating IBM ELM components with enterprise engineering, quality, or business systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
