? Human Resource Officer – Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.




- Management of Attendance/ Leave records – Software
- TDS/ PF/ESIC/PT Calculation
- Process full and final settlements for employees leaving the organisation.
- Calculate pending salary, notice pay, leave encashment, incentives, bonuses, recoveries, and other applicable dues.
- Ensure accurate settlement calculations and timely payment as per company policy and applicable law.
- Calculate monthly TDS on salaries based on the applicable tax regime and relevant tax provisions.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing payroll registers, supporting documents, and statutory records.

? Experience : 1-3 Yrs

? Location: Vile Parle (W), Mumbai (5 mins walking distance from station)

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

? Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2 & 4 Saturday Off)

✅ Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of MS. Office (Excel, Word), Payroll Software knowledge

? Education Qualification - Graduation mandatory
