About the Opportunity

Stellaraa Edutech Private Limited is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and college placement cells.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with offer letters, onboarding documents, attendance, and employee records.




- Support campus recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

- MBA HR, MSW, BBA HR, or a related qualification.
- Freshers and recent graduates may apply.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be willing to work from our Salem office.
