Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter role at Khabbulal’s is a full-time hybrid position based in Kanpur, with a mix of in office and work-from-home responsibilities. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection for various roles within the restaurant and corporate teams. Day-to-day work involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role also includes maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives across both in-person and digital channels.



The recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels align with business growth and service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, such as working with hiring managers, operations teams, and HR to align on hiring needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and interpersonal interaction, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple vacancies, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with HR tools and technology, such as applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; experience in hospitality, retail, or food service environments is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Kanpur, with flexibility for in office visits to outlets and offices as needed.
