About the Role

We’re hiring across multiple creative roles, and we need a sharp HR Intern to help us find the right people. You’ll own the top of our hiring funnel — reaching out to candidates, screening the first round, and keeping our team posted on who’s worth taking forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential candidates across platforms and channels
- Screen and filter first-round applicants against the requirements for each role
- Hold clear, warm first-round screening calls to understand a candidate’s fit




- Brief the Black Canvas team on shortlisted profiles
- Share regular updates and reports on how candidate leads are coming in

What We’re Looking For

- Solid communication skills, you’ll be the first voice candidates hear
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple candidates at once
- A good eye for talent and genuine interest in people
- Reliable at keeping the team updated and candidates moving
