Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, in office role based in Kerala, India. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, advising leadership on people-related strategies, and supporting organizational growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers to address workforce planning, support talent development, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.



The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, handling employee queries, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to design, implement, and communicate HR frameworks effectively.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting an engaging and respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and manage risk in HR operations.
- Background in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, feedback frameworks, and development planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across levels.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably in technology, AV solutions, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
