The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals. This role is responsible for building organisational capability, driving talent performance, shaping culture, and enabling business outcomes through proactive HR interventions and people solutions. The HRBP is expected to balance strategic consulting with hands-on execution, influencing leadership decisions while ensuring seamless delivery of core HR processes.

Objective 1: Strengthen Business Alignment & Strategic HR Partnership

Key Results

- Conduct business reviews with BU heads and deliver HR action plans supporting BU goals
- Execute BU-specific HR initiatives aligned to business priorities.

Objective 2: Build Talent & Enable High Performance Across the BU

Key Results

- Achieve 100% completion of performance management cycle- goal setting, annual review & calibration.
- Ensure succession pipelines are identified for critical roles

Enhance Employee Engagement & Strengthen Culture

Key Results

- Conduct BU- level engagement activities, skip-level meetings and engagement deep-dive per quarter.
- Drive execution of a quarterly engagement plan with 80% on-time completion.

Objective 4: Ensure Fair, Consistent, and Compliant Employee Relations

Key Results

- Close 100% employee grievances within defined TAT
- Complete investigations and disciplinary processes within defined TAT (typically 7–14 days).
- Train 100% managers on policy awareness, conflict resolution, and behaviour expectations.

Objective 5: Drive HR Operations Excellence Through Data & Analytics

Key Results

- Deliver monthly HR dashboards (attrition, manpower, performance, engagement) with 100% accuracy.
- Work on improving manager capability scores based on feedback, audits, or assessments.
