Job Summary: We are looking for a quick-paced HR Recruiter to manage high-volume, bulk recruitment for our sales teams. You will drive candidate sourcing, conduct mass screenings, and run daily interview drives to meet aggressive headcount targets.
Key Responsibilities: Source a large volume of sales candidates via job portals, social media, and references. Conduct quick telephonic screenings and manage mass walk-in/virtual interview drives. Issue offers quickly and maintain a backup pipeline to minimize day-of-joining dropouts. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales hiring targets.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, ideally for telesales or field sales. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and target pressures.
