Role Description The HR Recruiter Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The trainee will assist in drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Day-to-day tasks also include updating recruitment trackers, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with the HR team on employer branding and basic HR documentation.



The role offers hands-on learning and exposure to modern recruitment practices within a growing travel technology company.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records, updating spreadsheets or HR systems, and handling documentation.
- Comfort with using online job portals, social media, and digital tools for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) preferred.
- Interest in building a career in HR and recruitment; prior internship or academic projects in HR are an advantage.
