? Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals amp; social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Coordinate documentation and onboarding.

Support campus hiring and job fairs when required.

? Requirements

✅ 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✅ Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
