Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

- Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and salary data.
- Coordinate with the outsourced payroll vendor for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Upload salary payment files through the banking portal.
- Maintain payroll records, employee documentation, and HR MIS.
- Handle payroll queries and salary discrepancies.

Recruitment:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.




- Follow up on offers and joining commitments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3 plus years of relevant experience in Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in either Payroll or Recruitment is essential.
- Good MS Excel, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- BFSI, banking, or ITES experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
