We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee joining formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, primarily in recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
