About the Role

Avyaan Management Private Limited is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented HR Manager – Operations & Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, core HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, HR compliance, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with hiring targets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HRMS records.
- Manage employee exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

3. Employee Engagement & HR Coordination

- Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.




- Promote positive employee relations and a collaborative work setting.
- Support performance management, employee confirmation, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related requirements and improve employee satisfaction.

4. HR Compliance & Administration

- Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Coordinate statutory compliance, HR audits, and related documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies in accordance with applicable company guidelines and labour laws.
- Assist with office administration and other operational HR activities as required.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR processes and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and employee database management.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and maintaining employee records.
- Good organizational skills with a detail-oriented and result-driven approach.

Educational Qualifications & Preferred Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Experience in operations hiring or bulk recruitment will be preferred.
- Experience in the BPO, consulting, operations, or service industry will be an added advantage.
