Human Resources Manager

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and independent HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee performance, engagement, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and continuously improves HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain and manage the company's internally developed HRIS.
- Monitor employee performance, KPIs, attendance, and productivity.
- Handle employee engagement, feedback, and workplace concerns.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze employee performance data.
- Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and workflows.
- Support employee development, retention, and performance evaluations.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Solid communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable learning new HR software and systems.
