The HR Manager will be responsible for Recruiting & Training to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Store Team

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Recruiting & Training Store Team for 20+ Menswear Branches
- Min 2 Years experience in Hr Management ( in Retail Filed )
- Any degree in relevant field
- Developing strategies to increase Store team efficiency
- Analyzing and understanding performance of each Employee
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedure

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- HR sourcing: 2 years (Required)
