Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment regulations
- Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and assisting with employee development plans
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address employee relations issues and develop solutions
- Administer benefits programs and serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications
